Just in my life…one of my sisters, my father, grandfather, friends, etc, have battled it and “lost”.
Cancer has taken too many people.
But, others have battled and won!!!
You are in my thought and prayers today.

I think this day is a bit overlooked, but maybe I just feel like it because it hits home.
I am so sorry for the loss you suffered because of this disease. *hugs*
Yes. My mom lost her battle. My brother won his.
Yay for your brother! I’ve had four siblings and 6 nieces and nephews won theirs. I had an uncle who lost his, and a great uncle, who was likely suffering from cancer at the time of his death during the Shoah.
