Check ups and other fun things

Today was a day for my most recent oncology and hematology check up. I also had a brief meeting scheduled with my psychiatrist. Oncology went well, everything is negative, and that’s always a good thing. I talked with my oncologist about some supplements/weight loss pills that another blogger is promoting, and gosh, did he think I went crazy! He started this very serious talk about eating disorders and then I stopped him, telling him I just wanted his opinion. He was relieved. 馃檪

Hematology was okay… got the usual stuff and flirted with the cute male nurse, who looks a lot like a young Shlomo Artzi. So that was good, too.

Seeing the shrink was less positive. It never is. The things I’m trying to work through is not pleasant, and progress is slow. So that’s all about that.

I’m working on one of those hard posts. Ones that B likes.

As for the progress at the shrink…slow can be okay. The good thing is that we keep working on it/at it. 馃檪
