Passover highlights

The best things about Passover this year:

  1. Kids are off school.
  2. All of them, including all the soldiers are home.
  3. 75 Kinder surprise eggs revealed Sunday morning. No connection to Easter, just this is the morning when I have all the kids home. And then 75  eggs aren’t that much if you consider that all the kids are home.
  4. Matzah with date syrup. I quite like it that way. As in I’m willing to try it every year.
  5. Matzah ball soup.
  6. Kosher for Passover Coca Cola.
  7. Radishes.
  8. Kids are off school.

I hate the fact that my kids don’t have Easter Monday off. Since Holy Week is so intense a work week for me, it is like we got no sring break. I love having the kids home, too.

Have a GREAT time! Oh, mine would love all those kindersuprise eggs!

In every country that I’ve lived in except Israel (of course) and the USA, Easter Monday is a bank holiday and Good Friday is usually part of spring break.

Az 1 és a 8 úgy látszik nagyon tetszik neked! 😀
Nekem meg a 75 db kindertojás, tegnap óta ezen vigyorgok! 😀

75!?! I hope they are less expensive where you are! My kids can have about one or two a year…..they are about $1.75, I think, which seems pricey to me, but they do love them, and the activities inside are so clever.

    • Hevel says:

They are about $1.10 each, and unlike in the USA, they are not illegal. 😀 I got them at whole sale prices, so they came to around $1.

We had surprise eggs, bueno, country and those kinder bars as well 🙂 I really deserve a discount next time 🙂
