Pretty things

On Friday a friend arrived from Budapest and brought me yummy and pretty things. I had a very nice sandwich featuring some authentic Hungarian sausages and fresh cucumbers. It was very nice, and very very yummy.

Another thing he brought me were some pretties made for me:

Three colourful pendants and a magnet with a glass like finish. I love them! Thank you.

Those are kind of cool…. How could a sandwich still be nice when it is from so far away?

Somehow I visualized him getting off the plan with a sandwich wrapped in paper. That’s funny.

For a few years we lived way out in the middle of Eastern Oregon, faaaaaar from any fast food restaurant, and though this is not exactly “like” me, I craved McDonald’s. So once time when Craig had to drive to Portland for something, he brought me back McDonald’s. I actually thought it was OK; I can hardly believe that in retrospect because it was at least four hours later that I ate it. I must have been desperate.

I added a photo of my dinner tonight, a sandwich I just made.. 😀

I love eating McD’s or BK a few hours after I buy them. The sandwiches, not the fries.
